The boiler consists of two main parts, that is chain/travelling grate and steam generator main body, the two parts are to be transported separately.

The Coal is loaded with coal feeder and burning on the grate, in the combustion chamber, then the flue flow through the designed root cross the water tubes.
The steams and water mixtures in the water tubes will rise to the upper drum, then steam accumulated and water go down again.
For our enviroment good, the dust in the flue has to be separated before it vent to the air.

We provide intellectual auto-mantic control system with PLC.
Our control system is opened for any other connections that communication with the control centre.
The grate suppliers are our long-term coperation partners, who provide fine chain grate products and fixed grate products.
Our boiler is designed to have sufficient space for steam, which could output high quality steam steadily and efficiently.
