Housing design of the charger can be embossed or print with your brand name if only the qty can be reached to 50000pcs.
The shape of the housing for chargers also can be designed by your request to make special one for you in market if only you invest for the opening mould fee, and the mould fee will be returned when the qty reached to 100000pcs by times orders.
We use all pure ABS material for the housing so that the housing can keep long time using without broken other than the other material.
Raw materials for PCB we use all first hand with very qualified one, IC we all purchase which made in TAIWAN. All our material is environmentally friendly ones.
Home charger can be worked during high voltage by very good circuit designed whenever thundering or suddenly high voltage happened. For the joints and plugs, wires are circuit boards that we are using the best materials.
Our charger metal part can sustain for two years life time by our strict salt spray test for 24hours. Each one hour test is a proof of one month life time.
For the charger cables we use all pure copper 10line with 1.0thickness other than 7lines with only 0.8thickness
