It can be designed and configured as the customers requirement. The travelling block meets the API Spec 8C.

Features of Traveling Block:
Side plate of traveling block is made of thick section steel plate so that it is strong enough.. As lifting up and down empty elevator, wire rope is stretched that helps the drum of the drawwork to enwind the wire rope and the down speed of unloaded hook, extend the life of wire rope. The sheave grooves is undertaken middle-frequency quencher so as to extend operating life of sheaves. Working sheaves are assembled with double-conic bearing, wherein each bearing has its individual lubricating channel. Besides, sheaves and bearing are interchangeable with its matched crown block.
